Private Application Session Timeouts with ZIA Inspection Enabled

Zscaler is investigating customer reports of connection timeouts affecting a limited subset of customers who use Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) Inspection enabled for certain private application traffic. Affected users may experience connection timeouts or dropped sessions for SSH and other long-lived, non-HTTP private application sessions inspected by ZIA. This issue does not affect all ZPA customers or customers who do not use ZIA Inspection for the affected traffic type.We will continue to provide updates here as the investigation progresses.
