Any Interac transactions created through your Zūm account that have failed due to Generic Error will need to be recreated.

Any Interac transactions created through your Zūm account that have failed due to Generic Error will need to be recreated.
If you had an auto-deposit email registered, there is a possibility that we will need to register the email again. If this is the case, we will reach out to you separately once we’ve confirmed which emails have been affected.

We want to provide an update regarding the ongoing issue affecting Interac transactions. This issue remains unresolved on the Interac and bank side.
We are actively pushing both the bank and Interac to expedite the resolution as quickly as possible. However, despite our continuous efforts, the issue persists. A new estimated resolution time has been provided for tomorrow morning.
