Engineering team has identified the issue. Response code 136 was introduced by Vantiv gateway on Nov-05. Currently we are working on the response code mapping to fix this issue.
Our engineering team is investigating an issue affecting payment processing through the legacy Vantiv gateway, which may result in duplicate charges.
