This issue has been resolved and customers can now submit emails for project creation in BuildingConnected. Emails submitted between 8/14/2023 5:30 PM - 8/15/2023 12:25 PM PDT may experience delays while the email backlog is processing. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked to resolve this issue.

We have identified the cause of the issue with BuildingConnected customers experiencing delays in email ingestion workflows that create projects based on email submissions. Our team is actively working on resolving this as quickly as possible. We will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
