This issue has been resolved and customers should now be able to generate the reports . Thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked to resolve this issue.
We are investigating an issue with ACC and BIM 360 Reports service where high failure rates are observed on generating reports in the North America data center. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
