Email delay to a small percentage of customers (<2%)
On July 29th, a small percentage of customers (<2%) experienced a several minute delay in email delivery. R&D fixed the issue and continued to monitor the environment for 48 hours to verify the fix.

Service Disruption
On Friday, July 8th, 2022, a partial service distribution was experienced due to a scheduled change. Some U.S. based customers hosted on the Avanan farm may have experienced issues with SmartPhish scanning emails. The event occurred between 15:30 - 18:00 EST. The issue has since been resolved and we are rescanning emails.
