As of 07:01 UTC on 31 Jan 2023, customers using Virtual Machines in East US 2 may receive error notifications when performing service management operations - such as create, delete, update, scaling, start, stop - for resources hosted in this region. Only Availability Zone 02 is currently impacted, however Availability Zones 01 and 03 are not impacted. We are working to restore the partitions to a healthy state and will provide an update with our progress in 1 hour, or sooner as events warrant.
