We are seeing that import services have returned to normal operation in the US and UK regions. We will continue to monitor the service and provide updates as necessary.

We have confirmed that this issue was impacting customers in the US and UK only. We have implemented a fix and are still watching the situation closely. Some customers may still be experiencing slow or stalled imports. Web UI slowness may have resolved. We'll continue to update you as we have more information to provide.
