At 8:54am (MST) this morning, our search cluster started failing, alongside reports that multiple Brandfolder sites were having issues. Upon further investigation, we found a novel error being raised from our search cluster which was preventing Brandfolders and Collections from loading. A change was then deployed to handle the novel error and Brandfolder functionality (except search) was restored. Lastly, the search cluster was repaired, and fully operational at 9:28am (MST). All Brandfolder services, including search and indexing, are fully operational. We will continue to monitor.
