Braze is investigating an increase in error responses and latency for links clicked in emails sent through SendGrid, one of our email service providers. Customers who send email through other providers are not affected. Braze has escalated the issue to SendGrid, who has confirmed that they are observing increased latency and are investigating the issue. We are actively working with SendGrid to resolve this issue.
