This is because of a DNS block by the Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA). Central1 is communicating with CIRA to resolve the issue as soon as possible. The Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA) has advised that the approval process of unblocking the memberdirect.net domain has started and they are working on the ticket.
An update will be provided by or before 2 p.m. PT (5 p.m. ET).
