Exchange Bank of Canada (EBC) has notified Central 1 they are experiencing system issues and users are receiving a “User has been disabled” message when trying to access the FX Notes Plus application.
Central 1 and EBC are investigating and we will provide an update by 10 a.m. PT (1 p.m. ET) or sooner if the incident is resolved.
