Please note that we are currently experiencing an intermittent service issue with clients where Increased Authentication/2SV login may be latent, and services like left navigation menus may fail loading. In Forge 2, this is also causing intermittent issues with the left Nav loading and transactional 2SV failing. Central 1 is completing a reboot of our RSA services. RSA service performance has returned to normal. A post mortem will be provided in the next few weeks.

RSA service performance has stabilized. Central 1 will continue to triage as there are still some reports of intermittent performance degradation. Users who encounter errors should be able to try again. We continue to investigate and will provide another update by 5:00 p.m. PT (8:00 p.m. ET).

Since RSA services were restarted we have observed performance stabilizing.  Central 1 will continue to triage as there are still some reports of intermittent performance degradation.   We continue to investigate and will provide another update by 12:45 p.m. PT (3:45 p.m. ET).
