Access to the CSP tool has remained stable.
This incident has been resolved, Interac and Central 1 resources have restored the CSP connection. Your staff may now access the CSP Portal. We will continue to monitor the connection throughout the day.
Please be advised, there is currently an outage with the Interac CSP tool.
All clients with CSP access will be unable to access the tool during this time.
Central 1 and Interac technical teams have been engaged. We will provide an update by 5pm PT / 8pm ET.
