Please be advised that Central 1 is investigating a RSA/Outseer Administration tool latency. When trying to perform certain lookup/display functions in Outseer a user may time out receiving a “Proxy Error”. Central 1 will provide an update on this incident at 11:00 p.m. PT(2:00 p.m. ET) or sooner if this incident has been resolved. The Outseer latency and timeouts for running cases or detail requests has been resolved.

Service is running optimally and will be monitored closely throughout the day.

Central 1 and the Outseer teams are continuing to triage the RSA/Outseer Administration Tool with urgency today.

The ability to unlock/reset members remains available. Investigations and Case Manager continues to remain unavailable or highly latent.

We will provide an update by 4:00 p.m. PT (7:00 p.m. ET) or sooner if this incident has been resolved.

Primary administration functions like unlock or reset remain functional. Additional queries and case details are still being investigated with our vendor.

Central 1 is continuing to work with our vendor to identify the point of failure to restore system stability. The administration tool to lookup a user to unlock or reset their account is working consistently.
