Resolved Minor Some QBD connectors are unable to run an update in Production

We are actively investigating an issue preventing some QuickBooks Desktop connectors to run an install or an update in Production. Affected users will notice that a pop-up notifying them that an update to the connector is required. Despite clicking on OK to start the update, the pop-up does not disappear and the update does not start. Affected users may also notice that syncs are unable to start. This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 9:45PM BST.

Resolved Minor QuickBooks Desktop Connector cannot be downloaded in Production

We are actively investigating an issue preventing clients from onboarding new QuickBooks Desktop users in Production. Affected users will notice that the connector download is not starting automatically after selecting the QuickBooks Desktop integration during the Link flow. End-users using our Link Flow also may notice that the Link Flow page becomes blank after the QuickBooks Desktop integration is selected. This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 12:40PM BST.

Resolved Minor Sage 50 connectors failing to start syncs automatically

We are actively investigating an issue preventing our Sage 50 connector from automatically picking up new syncs. Affected users will notice that Queued datasets for their Sage 50 companies are not starting to sync automatically, even when the end-user who installed the connector is logged into the machine where the connector has been installed. As a workaround, affected users can advise their end-users to manually open the connector on the machine where it has been installed initially and click on the 'Sync' button. This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 10:45AM BST.

Affected users will notice that the status of some datasets in Production is returned as a ProcessingError. Resolved Minor Codat Production portal is unaccessible

We are investigating issue affecting most Production users of the Codat portal. Affected users will notice that they are unable to log into the Production portal and may see a '500 error' message upon logging in. API users may notice that queries take longer complete. We have identified a fix and are currently implementing it. This incident will be updated at 7:30PM BST at the latest with further information.
