We are aware of an ongoing network issue with our hosting provider (Azure). You may experience intermittent connection failures to the portal, API, and other Codat services, including linking new Codat companies, syncing existing Codat companies, querying the API and pushing data. Failing syncs for e-merchants using Sync for Commerce in Production
We are investigating an issue that has affected e-commerce merchants using our Sync for Commerce product. We have now identified the cause of the incident and are currently implementing a fix to remediate the issue. This incident will be updated as soon as we have successfully tested and rolled out a fix in Production, and no later than 3pm GMT.

E-Commerce merchants syncs failures overnight in Production
We are actively investigating an issue that prevented our Sync for commerce module from completing scheduled syncs last night. Affected users will notice that scheduled overnight syncs for their e-commerce merchants did not complete successfully. As a workaround, affected clients can choose to manually trigger a sync while we work to resolve this issue. This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 12PM GMT.

BankAccounts and BankTransactions Endpoints returning 404
We are actively investigating an issue preventing Production and UAT users to retrieve bank accounts and bank transactions data from our /bankTransactions and /bankAccounts endpoints. Affected users will notice that upon calling these endpoints, they would get a 404 response. This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 11:30 GMT.
