We have detected an issue with our cloud administrative console intermittantly failing to load, and some client logins failing. We are currently investigating and will provide an updated status by 9 AM US Central Time.

We have detected an issue with Code42’s SCIM and UDS integrations, and are investigating the issue. Next update by 5PM US Central Time.

We have detected that our cloud administration console is intermittently inaccessible. You may experience issues authenticating into the Code42 console or completing restores at this time. We are actively working to identify and resolve the issue.
Resolved Email Delivery Delays
Our email delivery service, SendGrid, is currently experiencing an outage. During this outage, password reset emails, status reports, and other application emails may be delayed. SendGrid is aware of these issues and is currently investigating. We will provide updates as they become available to us. Resolved Code42 Support Ticketing and Community Outage
At 6:54 AM US Central our support ticketing system and community provider, Zendesk, identified a service outage. During this outage, you may have been unable to create new support tickets, view or update existing tickets, or view or create community posts or announcements. As of 9:29 AM US Central, this outage was fully resolved.
