Outage Details

We are experiencing issues with data preparation flow. As a result, errors or sync delays can occur for Scheduled syncs and On demand syncs (setting up new Metrics, Query Builder preview, accessing Advanced settings,..) may result in errors and timeouts. We are investigation the cause behind the behaviour. We will keep you updated on the developments. Thank you for your understanding.

We are experiencing issues with data preparation flow. As a result, errors or sync delays can occur for Scheduled syncs and On demand syncs (setting up new Metrics, Query Builder preview, accessing Advanced settings,..) may result in errors and timeouts.
