Resolved Delay in processing some order integration data
We have identified an issue with our integrations/webhooks service. We are seeing delays with the following integration types: orders.fulfilled orders.updated No data has been lost and will be processed once a resolution has been implemented.
Resolved Flow fields appear empty on orders
We are investigating a display issue with the EPCC dashboard. It appears as though Flow fields are empty however rest assured this is only a display issue. You will be able to see and make changes to Flow fields directly using the API. You can find more information on how to do that here: https://documentation.elasticpath.com/commerce-cloud/docs/api/advanced/custom-data/fields.html#get-get-all-fields-by-flow All systems and endpoints are operational.
Resolved API inaccessible
We are aware that access to the API is down and are investigating the issue.
Resolved Integrations Issue
What happened? An issue was identified in relation to integration webhooks not firing on 02-21. After initial investigation this was confirmed to be related to newly created webhooks/integrations. Existing webhooks were functioning as expected. Following further investigation we concluded that the configuration of the service responsible for associating observable events with integrations had been reverted to an older version in an unrelated production deployment. This took place on 02-20. The affected configuration was corrected and deployed on 02-24 which enabled webhooks to be triggered as normal. During the affected timeframe the integration definitions were not lost. We have assessed our processes and have made changes accordingly.
