Slow or Hanging Tag Commits & Publishes : 2-4-21

We have confirmed tag commits and publishes are working as expected.

The team has confirmed the fix has been applied and we are now getting throughputs increased to avoid running into this in the future. Commit and publish actions should be returning to normal.

We are aware of the current commit and publish hang up occuring in some accounts. Our team has identified Ensighten hit a throughput limit. We are now processing an increase to that limit, systems will return to normal function shortly.
