Issue:
Our TDN experienced service degradation due to poor DNS resolution in Oceania. The issue pertained to our DNS provider experiencing issues in the region with their resolvers. We pushed a forced refresh together with our DNS provider to resolve the issue.
Next Steps:
We are continuing to monitor for any further issues and are awaiting a full RCA from our provider.
