When searching for specific items/entries in the search bar in Exact Online, you may experience an error indicating that nothing can be found even though the item/entry you're searching for was recently created. We are investigating this issue. Please be advised that the items/entries can be found in their respective overviews. It is possible that since July 20th, CODA files in the digital postbox have not been assigned to the administration. To allocate the CODA files yourself, you can navigate via Master data > Data management > Consistency check > "General" tab > check both (left) and click "show" (right). Click on the number in column 'Results' and assign the correct administration. We are working hard to solve this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience.
