The issue has now been resolved. It is possible access all products again. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
All Boekhoudgemak/Multivers customers are once again able to access their product. With this last fix, all customers are able to use their Exact products once more without issue. We will keep monitoring the situation.
As a Boekhoudgemak/Multivers customer you may still encounter issues with their product. We have identified this issue and are working on a solution. As soon as the solution is deployed we will post an update on this page.
All users that have migrated to OEI are able to log in again. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
As of right now, all Premium users are also not able to log in. All Premium users attempting to log in are given an error telling you that the login page is unavailable. We are continuing to work on a solution.
Due to an outage at Microsoft Azure, OEI users are unable to log in at the moment. The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. We will post news on this page as soon as more information becomes available. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
