AWS Service Disruption(Notifications/Todos)
AWS Service Disruption - on Tuesday, June 13 at 3:08 PM ET AWS services experienced errors and latencies caused by AWS Lambda. This directly impacts Withdrawal notifications, email notifications, and ToDos within FoodLogiQ. At this time this disruption is currently ongoing and will impact your ability to receive withdrawal email notifications, and satisfy and generate To-Dos. We are waiting for AWS Services to fix the issue and will keep you notified of the resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience and will post another update on the Status Page soon as we learn more. Some FoodLogiQ users may be experiencing issues accessing the FTP server via SFTP within Connect. Users who are accessing through FTP, not SFTP, should not be experiencing any issues. We are currently investigating the issue. We will continue to update you.
