Resolved HTTP2 rollout (European region)
New and existing Apps will be upgraded to support HTTP2 connections. The rollout will happen incrementally and not for all Apps at the same time. Downtime is not expected for any individual Apps during this maintenance window. This week's rollout affects only the EU region.
Resolved 408 errors and deployment issues for some clients in the US
There is an outage for a some clients in the US. Websites return 408 errors. SSH/SFTP and Git is not working.
Resolved HTTP2 rollout
Starting from Wednesday 11 AM (UTC), new and existing Apps will be upgraded to support HTTP2 connections. The rollout will happen incrementally and not for all Apps at the same time. Some downtime may occur for individual Apps, but is not expected to last more than 2-5 minutes. This week's rollout affects only the US region. The EU region will receive a similar update next week.
Resolved PHP 7.2 - PHP 7.3 upgrade
As announced in November, we are going ahead deprecating the PHP version 7.2 from our platform. We will now change the PHP version for all remaining Apps still on PHP 7.2 to PHP 7.3. At this stage, there is still a limited grace period. You can request your Apps to be excluded from being switched to the newer version. You can also switch back to the old PHP 7.2 version. Resolved Internal network maintenance
We replace an internal network component. This does not affect any incoming requests. Outgoing calls (e.g. API calls) will be interrupted for a few seconds.
