Outage Details

Microsoft have confirmed the problem will be resolved in an upcoming code release. Users still affected by PSTN calling issues via the People App should continue to use the following workaround. Users can either switch back to the classic Microsoft Teams desktop client to make outbound PSTN calls or use the dial pad to make calls.

Microsoft have identified the problem and have partially resolved but are continuing work to resolve the issue that impacts users making outbound PSTN calls. As a workaround, users can either switch back to the classic Microsoft Teams desktop client to make outbound PSTN calls or use the dial pad to make calls.
It is expected that another software code update will fully fix the ongoing issue, date to be confirmed.

Microsoft have advised they are continuing work to resolve the issue that impacts users making outbound PSTN calls. As a workaround, users can either switch back to the classic Microsoft Teams desktop client to make outbound PSTN calls or use the dial pad to make calls.
Microsoft Support are still working to develop a fix that will address the impact of these issue.

Microsoft have advised there may be impact to users who make outbound PSTN calls in the new Microsoft Teams desktop client. As a workaround, users can either switch back to the classic Microsoft Teams desktop client to make outbound PSTN calls or use the dial pad to make calls.
Microsoft Support is working to develop a fix that will address some of the impact of these bugs
