Higher-than-normal call volumes into Gamma support teams

Gamma have seen service restoration with 3UK and have had no further partner reports on requesting retesting. At this stage we will move this notice to close by 5.30pm if the position does not change further, we apologise for the disruption caused and thank you for your patience..

3UK have successfully restored power supply to the data centre with their vendor partner and are working to restore service. We have seen subscriber levels return to expected volumes and are seeing service restoration on effected test devices, we would ask partners to retest at this juncture. A further update will be provided at 4.30PM.

Our partner provider 3UK continue to see impact to data services and limited impact to voice service. They have identified an issue with power supply to key infrastructure at a data centre site and are actively working to the power supply whilst also investigating potentially re-routing traffic to mitigate impact. A further update will be provided at 2:30pm, we thank you for your patience during this time.

Further to our previous update we can confirm that there is an ongoing incident with 3UK that is impacting mobile data services for some users.
Engineers are investigating the issue as a priority.
