Microsoft has identified a section of their networking infrastructure was performing below acceptable tolerances due to an increase in traffic.
Traffic has been rerouted to an alternative infrastructure resolving the incident seen this morning.
For any further issues that are experienced, please raise them with the support team via EnterpriseSupport@Gamma.co.uk
This Incident will be closed at 4pm 07th of February.

We have received a report from Microsoft advising users may be unable to access Microsoft Teams services. Microsoft is investigating to determine the root cause and develop remediation plans. The impact is specific to users in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
