Outage Details

Engineering work is now complete and we can confirm that normal traffic has resumed and services are fully restored. 
 
We would ask partners to retest at this stage and then advise if any issues remain. 
This notice will remain open until 10am and we will continue to monitor the situation. Thank you once again for your patience

Restorative work has continued through the night and early indications look successful with the hub coming back online at 3:20am.
Engineers have remain engaged at site to ensure connections are fully restored without further issue and so our next update will be at 8am where we hope to confirm full restoration of service and re-tests.
Should anything change sooner we will be in touch and we thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this matter.

Further to our previous update, emergency planned engineering works is ongoing with the case escalated to BT’s second line. The required hardware has been obtained and work is now planned to continue through the night between 1am to 6am.
 
A further update will be provided by 7am or before if works are completed or enough significant progress is made ahead of 6am.

Following the previous update, work on moving connection to the alternative port continues. Engineers have diagnosed the issue and are trying to source additional hardware to resolve the fault.

Work is on-going to rectify the issue with a number of Ethernet Circuits; Investigations continue with BT to test breakout connection, and are looking to connect to an alternative port. Work continues with our Gamma transmission engineer and the BT DTO engineer to resolve the ongoing Ethernet issue.

Further to our previous update we confirm that there is an ongoing incident with Ethernet services for some users.  Our engineers are working with our supplier to identify the root cause, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  A further update will be provided by 11:30am or sooner should more information become available.

Following initial investigations, we can confirm that we are experiencing an issue with Ethernet services resulting in connection issues.
We have engaged with our supplier and the incident is still under investigation. We apologise for any impact to users during this time, a further update will be issued at 10:30 am.
