Resolved Minor Completions not updating in 3rd party LMS

We are aware of an issue where the enrolment completion status is not accurately reflected in a 3rd party LMS. We have identified the cause of this issue and the development of a solution is currently our top priority. We expect to provide a further progress update on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 In most cases, this issue can be resolved if the affected user re-enters the course at least 10 minutes after completion. This will trigger an update process which will correct the enrolment status for the course. If you encounter a situation where this action does not resolve the issue, please contact Go1 Support for further assistance.

Go1 seems to be up and running. We're updating the status regularly.

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you an email, Slack, or Discord in real-time when Go1 has issues.

What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
You are missing one of the services I use. Can you add it?
Sure thing! Just contact us, and we'll add it ASAP. Some services are more straightforward to add than others, but we're going to work to find the best solution.
