Resolved Performance issues - French customers
We are experiencing degraded performance in parts of our application for some of our French customers. Some users may notice some pages are taking longer than usual to load. Our engineers are investigating the problem and will resolve it soon.
Resolved Problems with video and sound recording
We are experiencing some issues with our video/sound recorder feature. Some of our users may receive error messages like "This content is no longer available" after upload a new recording. If you get this message try to check in on the recording a little bit later, it seem to be a delay during upload of your recording. Our technicians are working on it. We hope to have this issue fixed shortly.
Resolved Networking outages
We are experiencing some networking outages. Some users may experience time outs, and should try again in a few minutes. Our engineers are investigating and will resolve the issue soon.
Resolved Problem with course content
We are currently investigating an issue causing errors in different course elements and course content. Some content does not show and throw an error message when users try to access it.
Resolved Problem with embedded elements and bulletins
We are currently experiencing issues with creating new bulletins/news and with existing embedded videos. The videos are not playing and display an error message while adding new bulletins may result in a spinning wheel. We hope to have this issue fixed shortly.

We are experiencing processing delays on our push notification services due to high load. The service is working, but push notification to mobile devices takes longer than usual. Our engineers have identified the issue and is working on improving the situation.
