We have fully investigated, and are no longer experiencing issues in Jobber Online. Our Engineering team is actively discussing how to prevent future disruptions similar to this one.

We have identified the cause of the issue affecting Mailchimp and SMS deliverability for some users.
Please avoid sending SMS messages multiple times, as this may result in multiple deliveries
