Resolved Minor LanSchool Air - IP Access Filtering
We are aware of an issue with IP Access Filtering causing student devices to fail to connect even when on a permitted network. Devices outside of a permitted network will continue to remain blocked. Customers without IP Access Filtering enabled will continue to operate normally. Our engineers have a fix prepared and are working to get it deployed quickly. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
