Resolved Guest Access Credits Downtime
Guest Access links are unavailable due to a release causing issues with the creation of Guest Access links. The release will be completed early morning January 20, 2021. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Resolved API service issues
We are currently investigating an outage with our API and backend services. We'll update as soon as we know more.
Resolved Degraded service due to AWS Kinesis issues
Parsec is operational but we are seeing higher than usual error levels.
Resolved Interrupted service
We are seeing elevated error messages and clients failing to connect to hosts. We are currently investigating.
Resolved Infrastructure issues causing connection timeouts
We are currently investigating an increase in networking errors within our server infrastructure. Users may experience slowness and difficulty connecting to hosts with the Parsec app.
Resolved Bad deployment
A code deployment and a migration got out of sync causing a brief downtime
Resolved Users experiencing error 6033 when trying to connect
Some users are unable to connect to hosts, receiving error code 6033. We are investigating the issue.
Resolved Services down due to CloudFlare outage
CloudFlare is having an outage which is currently affecting our services. We have re-routed our traffic to bring services back online but you may still experience issues.
