Resolved Minor Bento Filer: Adding New Images

We've identified a bug with the Bento Filer where users may be unable to add new image files to a component after uploading them to the Filer. This bug does not affect every new image file, and you may only occasionally encounter this issue. This bug also does not affect image files uploaded before the Filer update or PDF files. With the new Bento Filer update, our developers added a verification process for images to ensure they are valid and of the right format. This new verification process has a third-party bug which marks some valid images as unknown and prevents you from being able to use those files as images. We plan to release a fix for this issue by the end of this week, at which point we will update this status message. When the fix is released, users will need to delete and re-upload any image files that had this issue before the fix. Upon reupload, the files will be usable again.

Resolved Minor PBS Docs is currently unavailable outside the PBS internal network

There is a new critical vulnerability (CVE-2022-26134) affecting Confluence. It is currently confirmed that all supported versions of Confluence Server and Data Center are affected. Access to the Confluence needs to be restricted to PBS internal network only. As we use Confluence to serve it will currently be unavailable to outside users. This is only temporary, a fixed version of Confluence should be released in the following days. You can read more about the vulnerability here, Thanks.

Resolved Minor Bento Frontend DB issue causing station sites to intermittently have loading issues

There was an issue discovered with the frontend DB that is used for hosted Bento sites. A fix is in the works and should be live in the next half hour. Until the fix is live you may notice some intermittent 502 and 504 errors. We will update this page when the issue is resolved. Thanks.
