An incident is currently impacting the sending of SMS messages making it impossible to sign a document and/or connect to the eVault (MyPeopleDoc) application when dual authentication has been set up. We already have identified the issue and are working towards its resolution as soon as possible. Un incident impact actuellement l'envoi de messages SMS rendant impossible la signature de document et/ou la connexion au coffre-fort MyPeopleDoc lorsqu'une double authentification a été paramétrée. Nous avons déjà identifié le problème et nous nous efforçons de le résoudre dans les plus brefs délais.

A temporary workaround is active and SMS messages are sent again. We continue to work on a durable solution.
