Alert for US customers hosted on our Atlanta servers only. We are currently experiencing degraded performance on our Atlanta servers. The consequences may be longer than normal response times or sporadic error messages on Document Manager and its related features. Our teams are currently investigating.

No similar issues were observed during the past week on our Atlanta servers. Several improvements have been identified and will be implemented in the coming weeks to prevent the same issue from happening again in the future. This incident is now considered closed.
