Resolved Tracker sign-ups and password resets are currently down

We are urgently investigating why Tracker sign-ups and password resets are down. If you need to reset your password, please email us directly ([email protected]) from the email address associated with your login so we can reset it for you. Our apologies for the inconvenience - we'll provide an update just as soon as we have more information and / or a solution's been implemented.

We're investigating an issue where data from May 23 - 26th is not rendering in Tracker Analytics. The gap may widen a little until we determine and address the cause. We'll provide further updates as soon as we have them - pease email [email protected] with any questions meanwhile.
