Resolved Minor Support Center Ticket Submission Page Functionality

We have received several customer reports that the submission option on our Support Center ticket creation page is not working. We have reported this issue to our ticketing system vendor and are awaiting further instruction. This issue is not affecting all customers, so please feel free to attempt ticket submission if you need to contact us. You can also use our chat option as an alternative (look for the "Chat With Us" button in the bottom right). We'll post updates here as they become available.

Resolved Minor Some employees able to view manager requests in the R365 mobile app

Restaurant365 seems to be up and running. We're updating the status regularly.

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you an email, Slack, or Discord in real-time when Restaurant365 has issues.
Why IsDown?

What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
You are missing one of the services I use. Can you add it?
Sure thing! Just contact us, and we'll add it ASAP. Some services are more straightforward to add than others, but we're going to work to find the best solution.
