There’s a Salesforce service performance degradation. Users can access the Salesforce service, but some functionality can be unavailable or running at less than optimal performance. General and intermittent slow performance, timeouts, and connectivity issues are possible. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

The Salesforce Technology team successfully implemented the fix on the impacted instances. The org migration has resumed and is being closely monitored. We don’t have an estimated time for the completion of the migration at this point; however, we will provide an update in once the migration completes or sooner if we have more information.

The Salesforce team implemented the updated fix and initial reports indicate positive outcomes, however, out of an abundance of caution, the team continues to monitor performance levels before implementing the fix on all impacted orgs for the reported instances.

The Salesforce Technology team tested the fix and observed that impacted orgs continue to be in a read-only mode. Investigations have resumed to establish and assess an alternative best path forward.

At 00:01 UTC, on July 16, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of an issue impacting the planned activity of org migration and resulting in the migration being overrun. The orgs remain accessible but some functionality can be unavailable or running at less than optimal performance.
The Technology team is exploring multiple paths to isolate the underlying cause of the issue and implement a fix to restore the services. We’re reviewing the error logs and diagnostic information.
