Resolved Scurri Incident under investigation with Bulk Actions and Manifesting
We are currently investigating an issue within the Scurri platform which is impacting bulk actions and manifesting. How this is impacting customers: - Following the import of a CSV file, rules are not run in some instances - Bulk printing can freeze - Manifesting freezes Failed manifests will be reprocessed by Scurri once the issue has been resolved. We will update this incident again shortly

Resolved Issue when searching for manfiested shipments
We are currently investigating an issue where Scurri is running slow or timing out when searching for shipments which have been manifested. If you wish to access shipment data, for example, to get a tracking number/URL, please access the Volume report available through Analyse. If this workaround is not providing the information you require please contact our Support team at [email protected]

Resolved DHL - Terms of Trade/Invoice Type issue
We have identified an issue with the Terms of Trade value that is being passed to DHL. The Terms of trade is populated with DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) whether DAP or DDP is selected on the shipment. Our development team are working on this as a matter of urgency. We will update you as soon as we have further information.
Resolved CN22/23 Document Issues
We are currently investigating issues where the CN22 is being printed on shipments for mainland UK. This document is not necessary for mainland UK. This status will be updated with further information
Resolved Issue with international (now including EU) DPD UK shipments
We have identified an issue with DPD services for shipments outside of Mainland UK. We are currently populating the VAT number field with the VAT number that is populated on customers accounts in Scurri. DPD have confirmed that this needs to be the EORI number. We will need to deploy a fix for this and expect this to be updated tomorrow 01/01/21. Impact for customers: Labels are successfully generating however, there is an issue in the background on the DPD side for these orders, stating an incorrect EORI number. We are currently awaiting an update from DPD UK as to what is the impact for these shipments. We will update you again very shortly. Please check back here for updates on this issue.
