We have identified an issue with accessing the XDP server to collect tracking information. We have raised this issue with XDP, who are investigating. Currently, no tracking updates are being processed for XDP. Tracking updates can be viewed via the XPD tracking link. The generation of XDP labels is not affected. Please check back here for updates on this issue.
