On December 27 from 4 pm to 6 pm we will perform maintenance on the shipcloud Shopify app. You will still be able to use shipcloud from within our WebUI, since we're only updating the app. The shipcloud Shopify app will not be available during the time period. The maintenance incorporates not only an update of the tech stack, which will enable us to provide you with the best shipping solution and experience possible in the future. It will also bring in new features and a new visual style.

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you an email, Slack, or Discord in real-time when shipcloud has issues.
Why should I subscribe to IsDown?
We want to keep you updated on the status of the services you care about and impact your company. We'll keep you informed about the incidents that happen. You get a notification via email, Slack, or Discord when a service you monitor has issues or when maintenances are scheduled.
What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to an actual plan to continue to use the service.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
You are missing one of the services I use. Can you add it?
Sure thing! Just contact us, and we'll add it ASAP. Some services are more straightforward to add than others, but we're going to work to find the best solution.
