Issues with deleting Instagram comments
Due to a problem related to the official Instagram API, deleting comments is currently not possible and will result in an error message. Please delete your comments directly on Instagram until the problem is solved. Hiding of comments is still possible. There is already a bug-report available: https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/5999513586763421 We’ll keep you posted.

Issues with adding Facebook/Instagram accounts and refreshing access tokens
We are experiencing problems with the Facebook/Instagram APIs since yesterday. The API is returning incomplete/unexpected results when adding new accounts or re-setting the access token for Swat.io-channels. There is an ongoing bugreport for the Facebook Graph API where multiple other parties also reported this problem: https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/994034301555870/ We are actively monitoring the issue and will provide updates as soon as there are new developments in this issue; for now it looks like we have to depend on Meta fixing the issue with their API.

Instagram publishing not working
Due to a problem related to the official Instagram API, publishing of posts is currently not possible and will result in an "unexpected error". Please publish your posts directly on Instagram until the problem is solved. The posts will be imported to swat.io. Publishing comments to Instagram is still possible. There is already a bug-report available: https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/670040817576084 We'll keep you posted.

Instagram - Post Publishing currently not working
The Instagram API currently responds with errors to publishing attempts for new photo/video posts. This incident was already reported to Instagram (https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/340584821269339) and we are now monitoring the issue. Ticketing / replying to comments on Instagram is not affected and continues to work on Swat.io.
