Upstream services provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) are currently experiencing a variety of issues, and are affecting a number of core Syngency functions. Currently, the primary disruption is to image gallery uploads, and we recommend that customers do not attempt to upload gallery images until this issue has been resolved. We will continue to monitor AWS services and review the effects they are having on Syngency's functionality. Intermittent access to Syngency platform and websites
Access to the Syngency admin interface and customer websites was intermittently disrupted for a brief period today. Everything is running as normal and the cause is being investigated

AWS issue affecting upload of cropped images, headshots, and slider images
An AWS outage is currently preventing images from being uploaded for headshots, sliders, post images, and any cropped gallery images. As soon as they have resolved this, uploading will resume as normal. Please refer https://status.aws.amazon.com for more information on the nature of this issue.
