Resolved Major Outage - AWS Intermittent Error Rate

Large scale outages amongst one or more of our service providers have resulted in increased load times and decreased functionality across Teachable's platform. Our development team is closely monitoring the situation. We will provide updates as soon as they become available.

Resolved Cloud-based video uploads experiencing issues

We have received reports that file uploads via Google Drive and Dropbox are experiencing issues. We've investigated the issue and are currently running tests on a solution before proceeding with a release. In the meantime, please upload your files directly from your computer for the best experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We’ll provide an update once we've released a fix.

Resolved Unusually High Processing Queue

We're experiencing unusually high processing queue latency, which may lead to certain actions like course duplication, CSS changes, and sales notifications taking longer to reflect. We're monitoring and response times are trending towards normal. We expect that all jobs initiated during this latency will process as the queue clears.
