Incident on Document preview // Incident sur la prévisualisation de documents

It has now been 4 days since the incident was resolved and we have not observed any new problems. Our teams were unfortunately unable to discover the cause of this incident despite all the scenarios tested. We have taken the necessary measures to collect more information if the incident were to re-occur and thus be able to identify the cause.

Cela fait maintenant 4 jours que l'incident est résolu et que nous n'observons pas de nouveaux problème. Nos équipes ne sont hélas pas parvenues à découvrir la cause de celui-ci malgré tous les scénarios testés. Nous avons pris les mesures nécessaires afin de recueillir plus d'information si l'incident devait se reproduire et pouvoir ainsi en identifier la cause.

We have explored several possibilities, but we still haven't clearly identified the cause of this incident. As no new incidents have occurred since this morning, we are returning all applications to "operational" status, and keeping the incident open at "monitoring" status by keeping a close eye on application behavior. Our investigations are continuing in an attempt to identify the cause.

Nous avons exploré plusieurs pistes mais nous n'avons toujours pas identifié clairement la cause de cet incident. Etant donné qu'aucun nouvel incident n'a eu lieu depuis ce matin, nous repassons toutes les applications dans l'état "opérationnel" et gardons l'incident ouvert au statut "monitoring" en surveillant de près le comportement des applications. Nos investigations se poursuivent pour tenter d'identifier la cause.

Our investigations are continuing into this incident, which seems to be solved about 30 minutes ago.
Given the very random nature of this incident, and the fact that no cause has yet been formally identified, we are leaving the impact on our applications for the time being.

Etant donné le coté très aléatoire de celui-ci et le fait qu'aucune cause n'a pour le moment été formellement identifiée, nous laissons pour le moment l'impact sur nos applications.

We are currently dealing with an incident randomly impacting document previews on our different applications and servers (European and American). Our teams are currently investigating, and we'll keep you informed as soon as we know more.
