Resolved Latency degradation toward Volterra’s PoP in Singapore
Customers may experience latency degradation toward Volterra’s PoP in Singapore. Two submarine cable systems have been affected and are currently under repair, reducing our available paths in and out of Singapore.
Resolved Outage of Customer Dashboard login and Public APIs tokens
During regular upgrade we discovered bug in one of our backend microservices (responsible for generating Identity Authority), a limited number of our APIs were unable to connect from outside for 14 minutes. Customer data traffic was without any interruption. We are working on detail postmortem.
