Resolved Danish drop point issue

We are currently experiencing issues with the drop point selector for Danish addresses with carriers: PostNord, YourGLS, Bring, DAO, DPD and possibly others. Resolved PostNord drop point locations full

Some PostNord drop point locations have been filled during Easter and is therefore not accepting new shipments. If you experience any PostNord drop point-related issues with your orders, please go to the specific order > actions > edit order > search for a new drop point location > update the order > try resending the order.

Resolved DHL Freight Sweden downtime

On Sunday the 21/2 with start at 22:00 until about 01:00 emergency maintenance on the Swedish service point register will be performed. As consequence the service point API at api.freight-logistics.dhl.com/servicepointlocatorapi and www.dhltoolbox.se/DHLServicePointLocatorWS/ServicePoint.svc will be offline (not able to respond). We apologize any inconvinience this may cause. Regards DHL Freight API team.

Resolved Waybills DHL Express

Dear user, There is a general issue with the generation of Express waybills at the moment. The issue seems to stem from a connecting system. We are in touch with our colleagues to solve this as quickly as possible. In urgent cases please head over to eMailShip to create a single waybill. Please keep in mind that the original waybills still need to be closed via the API once this is possible again. Otherwise, the shipment data is not transferred and tracking will not be available. We will inform you as soon as the issue has been resolved. Please note that this only concerns DHL Express customers. Kind regards, Your API team

Resolved Order Status Pending/Afventer

On Monday we rolled out an update and unfortunately, this update affected order statuses on some orders. We are unable to say which orders this has affected. So we recommend checking orders from the past week if a shipment already has been created before shipping the order. We understand what challenges this has given in the daily order flow and on behalf of the entire Webshipper team we apologize for this inconvenience.

Resolved Webhook

Unfortunately, the Webshipper system generated an extra call through webhook on monday. This affected all customers using Techsys. Techsys processed the error and created double bookings. If you have any questions regarding the issue please contact support. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
