Dear Customers, We are experiencing an issue with OVO e-wallet transactions that are confirmed to be partner issues. Impact: - Intermittent 503 Channel Unavailable for creating tokenized payment charge, getting end-user balance, and linking - End user won't be able to check balance & link account - Merchants will be able to initiate transactions but will receive a CHANNEL_UNAVAILABLE with a HTTP 503 response. We are currently in the process of investigating and will keep this page updated as we learn more and restore these services. Thank you for your patience.

Dear Customers,

We are experiencing an issue with OVO e-wallet transactions that are confirmed to be partner issues.

Impact:
- Intermittent 503 Channel Unavailable for creating tokenized payment charge, getting end-user balance, and linking
- End user won't be able to check balance & link account
- Merchants will be able to initiate transactions but will receive a CHANNEL_UNAVAILABLE with a HTTP 503 response.

We are currently in the process of investigating and will keep this page updated as we learn more and restore these services.
