Incident Report

Between the dates of February 23rd, 2022 and March 15, 2023, Google ‘Event’ posts made through the Yext Social Posts platform were published with incorrect Start and End dates. Each date was 4 hours off, where dates scheduled for 1PM would have been published as 5PM. A cleanup effort in progress, and by the end of the day today, March 20th, 2023, posts will be updated to use the correct, originally intended dates. Any posts created on or after 3/16/23 would have dates that are set correctly.
